1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Western Sports website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our site.
2. Order and Payment
2.1 Order Confirmation:
- Upon placing an order, you will receive an email confirming the details. This email does not constitute acceptance of your order; it is a confirmation of receipt.
2.2 Payment:
- All transactions are processed securely. Western Sports accepts major credit cards and other payment methods as specified during the checkout process.
3. GIFT CERTIFICATES
3.1Â Western Sports Gift Certificates are ONLY available in-store.
3.2 Redemption:
- Gift Certificates purchased in store, CAN NOT be redeemed for Western Sports products online.
3.2 No Cash Value:
- Gift cards hold no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
3.3 Expiration:
- Western Sports Gift Certificates expire after 12 months.
4. IN-STORE COLLECTION
4.1 Shipping:
- All goods purchased online are available for pick up in store. Select your desired store location during the check-out process.
4.2 PICK UP Times:
- Goods will be available for pick-up/collection with 48 hours or as advised in confirmation email. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns and Exchanges
5.1 Return Policy:

5.2 Condition of Products:
- Returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached.
